TULSA UPDATE!

WE WELCOME TULSA INTO THE SHOUTER FAMILY!!

Dear Parents,

I would first like to thank all of you for the awesome support and reassurance that you have given us as we prepare to add an location in Tulsa. We have been working extremely hard trying to put together a staff and a location for our site in Tulsa. As far as the location, we will be in the old CDX building located at 4802 S. 83rd east ave. The gym will be cleaned up and remodeled and all new equipment will be added. As you know this has all transpired fairly quickly so it will take a little time to complete the remodeling and order equipment, however we are prepared to bring in a spring floor immediately and conduct a tryout. After tryouts we will start with one or two practices per week. We will have a parent meeting on May 24th. There will be two meetings and the specific times for each age group is listed below. The meeting will go over everything pertaining to being in our All-star program. If you are interested in trying out I encourage you to be at one these meetings. The location of the meeting is yet to be determined but we will let you know as soon as possible. I will be sending a cost breakdown for the All-star program in a few days.

Our plan for this location is to have a full scale cheerleading and tumbling gym which will include tumbling classes along with other cheer oriented programs for every level of athlete. We feel like we will get off to a great start in Tulsa. There is alot of talent in the Tulsa area and we feel that with our years of experience and success in the industry we will be able to develop teams that we will be competitive at the national and international level. It is also our intention to have a worlds team THIS YEAR at the Tulsa location. We feel that we will have a level 5 team that will be competitive enough to receive a paid bid to worlds and be in the running for a gold, silver or bronze medal. Twist and Shout as a an organization is planning on having three teams attend worlds next year and at least one will come from our Tulsa location.

Please bare with us as we put together a great staff and work out the logistics of the new gym. Again be on the look out for more information about our All-star program. We are extremely excited about the upcoming year and the future of cheerleading in Tulsa. Please contact us at orson@shouterspirit.com
