We are a family owned business that specializes in Competitive and Non Competitive Cheerleading and Tumbling. Established in 1996 and we are still having fun. In every program we are dedicated to helping each athlete reach their personal goals. From Competitive and Non Competitive Cheerleading, to Power Tumbling, Recreational tumbling and Preschool Tumbling. We are blessed to have the opportunity to speak into each athlete’s life. Our # 1 priority is to make a long lasting positive impression through cheer and tumbling building self esteem and self confidence for life.

We are so blessed to have accomplished so much in the short 13 years of existence from placing 2nd at  the World Cheerleading Championship, winning numerous NCA national championships All-star and High Schools, ACP World Series of Cheerleading Champion 3 years in row and over 200 national championship titles. Also,  choreographing many routines locally and across the nation  for cheer gyms and high schools. It has been amazing to see athletes drive from all across Oklahoma to be a part of Twist and Shout. Still the most important thing is impacting the athletes in a positive way.  We believe our athletes are champions whether they win or lose.  Doing there best in every area is what makes them over comers.

We currently have a few spots available on our cheer teams both competitive and recreational. Whether you want to cheer for fun or cheer to win. We have a team for you. We had so much fun! With so much support! Thank you friends and family! At times it looked like a swarm of Royal blue! So Fun!  Have a few things to work on but we are just warming up!

Sr Elite, Mini Blue, Youth blue, Youth Elite, Jr.coed, Junior blue Sr. shouters all place 1st on Saturday. Sr.Shouters won the level 3 high point award.

"Sr.coed recieves a full paid bid to Worlds" Sr.coed is going to worlds for the 6th consecutive year. They received a full paid bid this at the Sprit Celebration championship in Denton, TX.

 TWIST AND SHOUT DID IT AGAIN!!!

Twist and Shout voted as one of the top cheer programs in America. According to the recent issue of America Cheerleader magazine All-star Insider edition Twist and Shout ranked #14 on the top 25 programs list. It is our 2nd year to make it in the top 15 and we were the only Oklahoma program to make the list. We are very proud of all of our staff. We are a team, we are a family!

  Twist and shout adds an additional location!

We are proud to announce that Twist and Shout has a new location in Midwest City, Ok. Twist and Shout has acquired Spirit of Oklahoma. Spirit of Oklahoma was the first cheerleading facility in the state and one of the first  ever cheerleading gyms in the country. The program was established in 1986 by Barbie Parker.  Barbie was the captain of the University of Oklahoma Cheer squad and for many years she was a NCA head instructor.  Spirit of Oklahoma has a great tradition and a rich history in developing not only good cheerleaders but good people. We hope to continue the legacy and improve on it. We are extremely excited about the explanation to Midwest City and we look forward to meeting everyone in the Midwest city and surrounding cheerleading community.

NCA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Feb. 28 - Mar. 1st

 We had an amazing showing at the 2009 NCA National Championship in Dallas Tx. For the first time in our programs history we took home 3 national championships and all of our teams were in the top 3 in their divisions which is an incredible accomplishment for a program of our size. The competition level was very high and the scores were so close that we were hundreds of tenths away from wining even more national championships. We are so proud of our incredible athletes and would also like to thank our amazing parents for supporting our program on and off the floor. Go Shouters!!
